In what I feel was the best feature of all of E3, one simple speech summed up what I rant incessantly about to my friends; we play games because we are gamers. All of us. Casuals, hardcore, hobbyists, all of us. Don't bash one another, embrace our common hobby.
I'm not saying we all get together and sing kumbaya, but the sentiment expressed here, even without the wrapping of the Sony brand, is an important one; stop the pointless fanboyism. We all love games, so let's just play some.
Ah, I wish this would be something that came to fruition. Would be nice if we could all just get along and play our games. One day.
